What is the difference between Join and a Link ?

A Join is between a Business Component(BC) and a Table,

whereas a Link is between 2 Business Components.

Also a Join is used in case of 1:1 or M:1 Relationship,

whereas a link is case of 1:M or M:M Relationships.
